In 2014, high-voltage battery failures of hybrid vehicles increased sharply in the Chinese market, and Audi China no longer handled high-voltage battery failures for free. All high-voltage battery failures in the market could lead to vehicle breakdowns and could not be handled. Customer complaints were extremely strong, seriously hurting the Audi brand image. After coordinating with the German Audi headquarters, Li Yunfei learnt and obtained the high-voltage electricity expert qualification authorized by the German Audi headquarters as soon as possible. And through communication with Audi China, he used the borrowed equipment to quickly solve the existing problems complained by customers and quickly developed the corresponding countermeasures to solve problems and reduce user complaints.
